Organizing a Family Day Event
Family Day is an event where you can give a token to your employees; one token is valid for one guest (you can fix the age for head-counting purposes). The decision of how many tokens to give to an employee is solely up to the management, as other arrangements can be made based on the financial position of the company, so it's important to discuss this.
You can organize various events, competitions, and sports for both guests and employees separately, and issue gifts to the winners. Provide one memento for all attendees. Arrange free transport as much as possible, or conduct the program in a main area for easy access. Additionally, you can arrange for light music.
My suggestion is that we did the same in my company.
