Bonus Calculation Guidelines
As per the Payment of Bonus Act, wages for the bonus should be calculated only on the gross amount, excluding overtime wages and any other irregular payments. Additionally, the wages should not exceed Rs. 10,000 per month. I kindly request other members not to provide incorrect guidance.
