Understanding Warning, Show Cause, and Charge Sheet

Kindly let me know the difference among a warning, show cause, and charge sheet. In which condition should a warning letter, show cause, or charge sheet be given? Please also let me know what the process is for white-collar employees.

Thanks & Regards,

I am surprised that you couldn't find a single thread to give you some lead at all. Here's the link to a related thread—a fairly recent one at that: https://www.citehr.com/396789-differ...argesheet.html.

Now, I would suggest you think and make some attempt to find the answer to the 'warning letter' aspect too. Please don't look for 'spoonfeeding'—try to get the nearest to what you want and then go about extrapolating or interpolating to get the final answer. And when all of us have the power of the Internet, I don't think that's difficult—if we have the will, that is.

TS
