I am Vijay, working as an IT Recruiter in a Placement consulting firm. Now, I am looking for a change and would like to work for a corporate house. Could you please explain the differences between HRM and HRD? Additionally, I am interested in learning more about the recruitment process and various recruitment techniques.

I would also like to understand headhunting and the associated techniques. Furthermore, I am seeking information on HR software and training availability in Bangalore. Can you share some common HR interview questions as well?
