Hi Members,
I am Vijay, working as an IT Recruiter in a Placement consulting firm. Now, I am looking for a change and would like to work for a corporate house. Could you please explain the differences between HRM and HRD? Additionally, I am interested in learning more about the recruitment process and various recruitment techniques.
I would also like to understand headhunting and the associated techniques. Furthermore, I am seeking information on HR software and training availability in Bangalore. Can you share some common HR interview questions as well?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Regards,
Vijay

Hi Vijaykrishna, welcome to the forum.
I would request you to go through the already posted articles, section-wise, and I am sure you'll find your answers there and avoid duplication of posts. It unnecessarily increases the number of unanswered posts. Hope you understood.
There's a very good attachment for HR questions in a post called "64 toughest questions"; similarly, you'll find others as well. I'll help you by arranging the posts in an index. You can check them out. We hope to have good posts from you.
All the best,
