Please get in touch with the Bureau of Indian Standards. Small companies are eligible for a ₹75,000/- drawback from the government too.
Send a couple of your executives or yourself for an internal auditor training from STQC (check the website for details). It is a 3-day training, costing approximately ₹5,000/-.
