Dear Sir,
I worked a Pvt.ltd. company from 10.06.2001 to 14.12.2011 at Kolkat. On 14.11.2011 i submitted my resignation letter through proper channel to my M.D. with 30 days notice period. But unfortunately I did not get any receive copy of resignation letter till now. After 30 days i.c. 13.12.2011 i stopped to go office. But still i do not get any received copy of my resignation. So in this situation what i have to do ? If they do not get the received copy of my resignation then how can i claim my full and final dues and how can i withdraw my p.f.? Please know me the procedure.

Dear Ranjan
Do you have a mail or something else from your supervisor regarding your resignation? If not, then this is indeed a problem
First followup with your immediate supervisor and HR. If that does not work, send a letter by registered post stating that you had submitted your resignation earlier. If possible attach a copy of your original resignation letter. Then ask for your dues to be cleared. THere will be some argument with HR and the company so be prepared for it.
If they have stopped paying you salary without any legal notice as to your whereabouts then they know that you have resigned.
Please state all the facts clearly in the letter that you send by Registered Post

Have you talked to your HR and to manager for your settlement ?
I hope you talked to the concerned manager on your last day informing him that you will not be coming from the next day since your notice period is over.

If you get your money (Full and Final Settlement), and get an experience letter or at least relieving letter, then you have no problem.
Cause future employer you join may ask you for your reliving letter.
