I am working as an HR professional in a reputed firm. However, due to certain circumstances, I have to issue termination letters to 3 employees, each with a different reason. I request you to provide me with the formats accordingly:

Termination Letter - Harassment / Indecent Behavior
The employee is harassing female employees both inside and outside the warehouse premises.

Termination Letter - Job Dissatisfaction
The supervisor had already informed the employee about dissatisfaction and the need for improvement 2 months ago.

Termination Letter - Absenteeism
The employee was absent for a week in December and did not respond to any calls. He later informed via email after a week that he had undergone an appendix operation and needed 15-20 days of rest. After 20 days, he did not return, and despite numerous attempts to contact him, he confirmed he would join on January 15th but has not shown up yet. He is not responding to any communication.

I would greatly appreciate it if I could receive them at the earliest. Thank you in advance for your help with this.
