I have worked in three companies, and I would like to withdraw my PF after five years. I wish to know if the details of all the three companies' PF have to be filled or if the latest PF details are enough.

Dear Mssus54, Your question does not seem complete. Please provide the details if you have transferred the previous two companies' PF amounts to your latest PF account. If yes, then you need to fill only one withdrawal form from your latest company. If no, then you need to fill three separate withdrawal forms. Hope this clears your doubt.

Thank you for your response. I will explain as below:
I worked in A Company, then I worked in B Company, and then I worked in C Company. While working in B Company, I had applied for a transfer from A to B, for which I do not know the status. In C Company, they just deducted the PF amount. So it is necessary for me to fill three separate forms.

Dear Mssus54, while working in B Co, you have already filled the transfer form. However, since the status of the transfer is unknown, you need to check the same with the PF officials. Carry along with you the acknowledgment copy of the transfer request.
Withdrawal Process for Multiple Companies
If your amount has already been transferred to B Co's PF account, then you can fill the withdrawal form for B Co and C Co, as you have not transferred the B Co amount to C Co. Therefore, you need to fill out two withdrawal forms.
If your amount from A Co has not been transferred to B Co, then fill out three forms.
Hope this clears your doubts. Please reply back or call me at [Phone Number Removed For Privacy Reasons].

Kindly clarify whether you have transferred your account from the two previous companies to the latest company. If yes, ensure that the transfer is completed from the previous accounts to the latest one, and then proceed with your application through the latest company. If not, you will need to apply through all three companies to obtain your PF account number.
