I want to explore opportunities in the field of finance, where I believe I will be more comfortable, particularly in roles involving MIS preparations and related tasks. Your determination is the key thing. As a secretary, you can take a certification program in Personnel Management. If you are an IT geek, why not dive into it headlong? The truth is, with the Internet at your desk, you can study anything. For MIS, just search "MIS training in your country" and you will find a lot of clues.
