But we want to start giving offer letters to the candidates who will be joining us soon. I am in HR and will be responsible for issuing the letters to the marketing team. - Name & Address
- Designation
- Department
- Gross salary
- Authorized signature

Hi Murali,

Please provide us with the official job titles for individuals working in the collection department. We are in the process of issuing ID cards, and we are encountering difficulty in determining the correct designations. Additionally, my boss has requested at least 3 or 4 options.
