Site Engineer
1. Job Title: Site Engineer
2. Job Specification: Site execution, quantity surveying, quality control department work.
3. Qualification/Education: Diploma or Graduation in Civil Engineering
4. Major Skills Required: Ability to handle workers, achieve deadlines, understand drawings and specifications, interact with clients & consultants, and deliver paperwork.
5. Functions & Responsibilities: Site execution, supervision of works, preparation of subcontractor bills, and daily reports.
Project Manager
1. Job Title: Project Manager, Exp-4-6 yrs
2. Job Specification: Project In-charge for the 2x35 MW captive power plant at Raipur, reporting to the Associate Project Director administratively and the Project Management Department functionally.
3. Qualification/Education: B.E. (Civil) / Diploma in Civil
4. Major Skills Required: Ensure implementation of works with respect to specifications, schedule & budget, and ensure all necessary documentation is properly maintained & checked. Inspect the final product/unit when ready and before transfer to the client.
5. Functions & Responsibilities:
- Commence work at site
- Review GFC drawings
- Measure and monitor ongoing activities
- Implement corrective actions
- Assist the Project Management Department in generating MIS/Variation Reports in approved formats and submit them to the Associate Project Director
- Check and ensure the monthly running bill and final bill as per the budgeted cash flow
- Act as project head administratively and functionally.
