Hi, I work in application packaging. My first company was A, which got merged into B, then switched to C, and then switched again to D, and back to B. Although my educational record is not strong, I am technically very good. That's why I am serving in this industry, but every time I switch jobs, I become tense. I failed in 11th science, retook 11th and passed. I then failed in 12th science and did not attempt again. However, I earned a full-time diploma in Industrial Electronics Engineering from MSBTE, which took three years. After 1.5 years, I started working. Subsequently, I pursued distance learning and completed a graduation in Arts with a specialization in English (B.A. English). Due to job commitments, I couldn't take the B.A. exam twice, resulting in a gap. Nevertheless, in 2008, I successfully completed my B.A.
Every time I switch jobs, I ensure these details are crystal clear, and I have not encountered any issues so far. However, I am concerned about potential future challenges. I have questions:
- Can a company terminate my employment after I join?
- In my next role, I disclosed my educational history, and they are fine with it, although they require a graduation degree.
- While previously working at B, the company merged from A to B, but this time, I directly applied at B. Despite this, I still feel apprehensive. I am deeply passionate about my field and do not want my past academic mistakes to jeopardize my career.

Where's the mistake that you are referring to? Could you please elaborate? If you are referring to the fact that you have a gap in between pursuing your degree, one can hardly term that as a 'mistake'. Please do clarify.

Educational Challenges and Career Path
1. Mistake means I failed in 11th and 12th science. I completed 10th in March 1997 but failed in 11th and 12th. Consequently, I decided to pursue a Diploma after wasting three years.
2. While working, I pursued my degree through distance learning but was unable to complete the course within the three-year timeframe.
