Hi all HR professionals,

I am new to this site and currently seeking job opportunities. I have completed my diploma in mechanical engineering and initially worked for a Manufacturing company (MNC) for 3 years. Subsequently, I transitioned to a customer care role within the automobile sector, where I have gained 2 years of experience in customer care division.

With this experience, I am now looking to secure positions in the BPO/KPO fields. However, I am facing challenges as many employers seem to be rejecting my applications based on my educational qualifications, despite my confidence in fulfilling the necessary skills for BPO/KPO roles.

I kindly request your assistance in guiding me towards a brighter future for myself and my family.

Thank you.

I know... But there was a gap of 2 years, so I tried some manufacturing industry, but I didn't get a proper response from them. The previous industry (car service center) didn't make me feel good. That's why I am ready to learn some new things in my life.
