HR Structure Change and Survey Initiative
We recently had a change in our HR structure, dividing it into Core HR and Strategy HR. To start with the Strategy HR, we want to begin with an HR survey to understand where the HR team stands. Some of the titles that can be covered under the questionnaire are:
- Communication
- Policies
- Performance Management
- Recruitment Process
- HR Portal
- HR Administration
- Training
I am seeking more inputs from all of you so that I can cover all the topics and receive valuable feedback through the survey. The main objective is for the Strategy team to kickstart and address the major issues.
