Hello, I am Vipin, an MBA programmer like you. I don't think that any short-term HR course will help you because this is the time for us to gain practical knowledge rather than theoretical. So, please consider this perspective and try to acquire practical experience. If you have any comments, please post them.

Hi,
In my opinion, learning Handwriting Analysis / Graphology. I feel every HR person should know about this recruitment tool. A small PowerPoint presentation about the "Importance of Handwriting Analysis as a Recruitment Tool" would help in understanding the importance of this tool.
I feel that this knowledge of handwriting analysis would certainly add a lot of value to an HR career.

As an MBA student, you must be aware that gaining practical knowledge can be quite challenging at our stage. In a full-time MBA program, we only have 2 months for an internship, which, in my opinion, is not sufficient to gain practical exposure. This is why I am interested in pursuing additional knowledge through specific courses.
