Exploring Knowledge Management Initiatives and Employee Motivation at Infosys - CiteHR

I'm a student and need your help to complete my project. Can you please help me by telling me what strategies Infosys management adopted to motivate employees to build a viable and useful KM system (HR policies, etc.)? For reference, I am attaching a case study for which we are supposed to create a PowerPoint presentation. I need to make the presentation, so please reply as soon as you can.

Chumti

I'm Pavan, an MBA graduate from Hyderabad. I understood your question. I have gone through the Infosys Case Study. Infosys has taken several Knowledge Management initiatives to educate their employees about the various methodologies/steps used while undertaking projects. It has also been highlighted that senior officials, project managers, and VP-level officers share their experiences with junior and middle management through workshops, seminars, etc. I assume that the case study is sufficient for preparing the PPT.

I can provide further assistance or support if you require it as part of the preparation of the PPT or for your academic project.

Pavan Kumar
