Can anyone tell me how many leaves a company should provide for each year? For example, the types of leaves available and the number of days allocated for each type. Additionally, how many days of leave can be encashed each year?

For instance, if our company allows 48 days of leave annually, and an employee has only used 8 days, can they request encashment for the remaining 40 days of leave? Please advise.
