Hi Friends, I am looking for employee engagement material. The material should consist of the following topics:
- What exactly is employee engagement?
- How to measure employee engagement?
- Employee engagement activities for a manufacturing plant
- Questionnaire for an employee engagement survey in the plant.
I am expecting a positive response from all the users associated with this website.

Hi Everyone, I have been searching for effective employee engagement activities on CITE HR for the past few weeks. I have read almost every post related to it and have gathered many ideas such as picnics, movies, cricket, meetings with senior management, games, awards and recognition, and birthdays and anniversary celebrations. However, my main concern is that in my organization, even if I plan all of the above-mentioned activities, employees do not interact and do not participate voluntarily. We have to approach them individually and persuade them to join.
Our audience is mostly introverted, and out of 50 employees, only a few are interactive. In such cases, what can we do to create a more interactive environment? What innovative and effective strategies can we implement to encourage greater participation?
Sometimes, I feel helpless when our audience/employee pool behaves this way. What actions can we take from our end?
