HI, Good Morning to all,

This is Rahul here from Chennai and I m new to HR profession & recently I joined Manufacturing company spreads in different location like Kolkata, Gujarath , AP ( manufacturing units) and Mumbai , Chennai having business centers total man power 80 and still date there is no HR only.

My Doubts are as follows.

1) We don't have systematic salary (like only 5% of HRA giving on basic only for 40 staff): Is it compulsory to give HRA to all staff or it can be modified by giving some staff only. If yes why it is compulsory?

2) Present salary processed in different heads i.e Basic , HRA, Conveyance, Medical, Tiffin , Sift allowance, phone bills , performance allowance , annual bonus (PA), Attendance bonus (PA) and Management don't want to show in differences heads so, they are telling me to do in only 3 components i.e

a) Basic

b) General allowance ( General allowance will includes : HRA, Conv, Medical, Tiffin, Shift, and phone allow)

c) Performance allowance

d) Annual bonus ( Annually payout)

e) Attendance Bonus ( Annually payout)

So kindly let me know your suggestions, whether we can process like this or not, if no there is any legal components & what are legal components.

I am waiting for your suggestions.

Thanks & regds,

Rahul
