Hi to All,

I'm Neha from Punjab, pursuing an MBA. I have just completed my first year and am now undergoing summer training. I have decided to take the topic for my project as the Training Needs for employees. I have also conducted a survey for that. Now, I am a little confused about the preparation of the report, like where I should start. Please suggest something in this regard. My e-mail ID is nehak003@yahoo.co.in.

Thanks & Regards,
Neha Kaushal

Hi Neha,

I am sure your college must have provided a standard format for creating a project report. Otherwise, a normal report should be organized in the following manner:

1. Cover page
2. Certificate from college
3. Certificate from the company
4. Acknowledgment
5. Table of contents
6. Executive summary
7. Company profile
8. Objectives of the study
9. Research methodology
10. About the topic
11. Project conclusion
12. Recommendations
13. Limitations
14. Bibliography
15. Annexures

Follow this order when structuring your project report. Regarding how to write your project, in the section about the topic (number 10), elaborate on what TNA is, how it is conducted, things to consider, and include as much relevant theoretical material as possible. In section 11, detail all the work you have completed.

I have attached a sample for your reference.
