Hi Geeti & All!
Hmmm... I guess it's some kind of technical (compatibility?) problem to upload the outcome. I suggest, why don't you call up or take guidance from Mr. S. Roy? Maybe he is able to guide you on how to proceed if there is some kind of memory space limitation, etc. Well, that's just a passing thought.
So, all of us wait and wish that this technical barrier should vanish ASAP so that all of us may be able to enjoy the outcome! :)

Both of you, thanks so much for sending me that profile and also keeping me as one of the volunteers. Thanks so much!!
Kiran, Geeti forwarded that same attachment earlier too, but I believe there is some format issue as the system is not supporting it. Let me get hold of my IT guy for that.

Dear Geeti and all the CHR meet attendees,
I really missed the opportunity to be there with you all due to some unavoidable reasons on the day. I had spoken to Nitin Pareek about the meeting, and the feedback was really thrilling and exciting enough. I wish to take these meetings to a new dimension and places, and enrich every mind present there with the sharing of thoughts and brainstorming sessions.
I once again congratulate you all - Mr. Dudeja, Nitin, Geetika, Radhika, Himani, Anupama, and other people for making such a successful start. I will make sure that I don't miss these meetings again. And one more thing, I would like to be a volunteer for these meetings! Geeti, please add my name there.
All the best.

Hi All,
Congrates for taking the initiative for HR meet in Delhi on 1st July 2007.
(If you forget me, here is the Recap – I am the one who don't like Recruitment & Selection process).
It was really good experience for me. I personally thanks to Mr. TRIBIKRAM and all other members of CITEHR. Hope we will meet again as per schedule day with some nice ideas.

Really sorry buddy, I missed writing your name there and sure, I and we all remember you, as you know that I also share your interest (or disinterest) in recruitments. :) Sorry once again, it was all unintentional. Hi All CiteHR members!
Hey Mr. Sardhar, it is good to know that our activities in Delhi have enthused and motivated you to do some similar activities in Bangalore as well! I guess one Bangalore Sangamam Meet was visible on this site...? I agree with you, sir. Bangalore is one of the happening places in India as far as corporate activities are concerned; therefore, the HR professionals in Bangalore should also have a great event and gathering there as well! All the best!
Yes, Archana Ma'am, it would be really nice to interact and see all Yahoo HR members also joining CiteHR, which is destined to be the largest pool of HR professionals in India and internationally as well! That's a great idea to bring them into this CiteHR platform!
Hey Kiran, Geeti, Himani, Poonam, and every CiteHR member who contributed and attended this Meet, congrats to everyone, and let's wish the next meet would be equally successful as well!

Hi Geeti,
Great job, buddy!
I have just gone through the presentation, and it's very nicely compiled. I am feeling really disappointed for being a "NO SHOW" at the last moment. :( But as Mr. Pankaj has quoted, there's always the next chance in life, so I am sure to meet you all next time.
I am unable to see the pics; the link that Mr. Dudeja has forwarded is also not opening. Maybe the system is not supporting it. Could you please forward it to

I request you to please add my name to the volunteers' list and my contact number is 9999794906.

I was waiting to reply to all of you. No doubt the meeting was amazing and encouraging for all of us, as can be seen from the pictures as well. I hope the future meetings turn out to be as big a hit as this one. For that, we all need to keep in regular contact. There may be times when we are unable to do so due to work pressure, which is quite acceptable. I am proud to be associated with this event and will give my best to make it a success, just like all of you have given your best.

Hi,
Great to see the response. I can feel the positive vibes spreading all across after this first meeting of ours.
Anyhow, we should be even more conscious about all these applauds, as it is going to raise expectations for the upcoming meetings. We, all volunteers, should be on the same page and make the ACTUAL MEETING a BIG SUCCESS.
Once again, we should be really conscious about the upcoming meetings as the expectations are high now. The next meeting should be properly planned and well-organized, and obviously, all this stuff should be done by US VOLUNTEERS.
Thanks to Mr. Dudeja for his sponsorship which actually created some funds for upcoming meetings. THREE CHEERS to MR. Dudeja & FUTURE ZONE.
Mr. Pankaj, we just want your wishes flowing in like this.... :)
Also, GUYS, don't mind if I am not so active on the site for the coming two or three days, as I am pretty busy with my assignments at the workplace as of now. Hope everyone can understand.
Thanks & Regards,

Dear Geetika, Kiran, and Everyone Else In the Loop,
Can we identify the volunteers who had put in the maximum effort for organizing the meet on 01 Jul? I suggest that we make it a standard feature - identify the volunteers who have put in maximum efforts - and highlight their contribution towards making the meets successful. Also, give them a token gift of appreciation during the meet. What do you say?

Dear Mr. Dudeja,
It is actually a very good suggestion. In fact, we should do something like that. I think we can buy some good gifts and gift them to volunteers for their extraordinary efforts. I am with you, Mr. Dudeja 😊
So, other members, please chip in with your ideas and suggestions on this... WHAT SAY??

Oh yes... we should do it. Great ideas come from great minds only. Good suggestion, Mr. Dudeja. I am also with you and Kiran. Let's do some kind of voting to select the best volunteer.
So, I mean we can roll out the list of people who actually volunteered and ask people to vote for them. What do you say, Mr. Dudeja and Kiran?

Kiran, Geeti, Radhika, Himani, Pankaj, and all other members, let's fix on some parameters on which the contributions of volunteers will be measured. What do you say?

At the outset, thanks to Mr. Dudeja for this idea of keeping the volunteers motivated by some token of appreciation (or gifts or mementos, etc.)! Well, I agree with the same, but as Himani and others suggested, it should be done offline so that it comes as a surprise for the recipient of the same! :)
Well Kiran, the full support and all the good wishes are and will always be with you and with all other Ever Winner's Team of CiteHR CHR members for all the joy and success!!! :D :D :D Someone should take the initiative and start activities of polling (offline) for implementing this great idea!

Okay, let's do it this way.
Let me take down the count of votes. You guys can give me the votes through private messaging. The voting will close tomorrow evening at 6 p.m. So start sending me your votes. If someone is not visiting this website but is in touch with any member, please inform him or her. It is the fundamental right of every CiteHR member to give votes. (Please note, people over 18 years of age are only eligible for voting, so those who feel that they are still sweet sixteen, please do not vote... :P :P :P :P ... just kidding...)
Any other suggestions, guys?

Hi,
The heat is on and on and on...
If something new comes up, there is someone to respond to it. Great idea of acknowledging volunteers. All credit goes to Mr. Dudeja.
Also, I just want to inform you all one thing. In this voting, myself and Geeti's names will not be involved. People who vote for me or Geeti, their votes will not be counted :).
The reason being, we have already received enough light thrown on us as volunteers. So, now we should look for fresh and enthusiastic new volunteers who have actually contributed.
Hope everyone will understand and cooperate in this special and particular case.
Regards,
Kiran.

Hi, Kiran!
But I do not support this. See, this is the first volunteer's honor to be given, and I don't see any point in not including you as one of the contenders for this voting. If you guys have done something good, that should be awarded, and if someone else has done it, let someone else get this honor. See, if in case you guys are selected, then looking at your enthusiasm and level of participation, others will be motivated more and more.
Let's be very fair.

Hi Kiran, Geeti & All Cite-HR NCR Team!
I wholeheartedly appreciate this idea of yours to exclude both of you from the voting list for appreciation. Though it is your goodness to think this way, in my opinion, your and Geeti's names must also be included!
I am not aware of how others feel about it, but I think all others should opine about it. Meanwhile, I shall plan to send a private message of my vote to Anupama.
Keep it up as this is a very good idea. The only request is to implement it properly! :)
Looking forward to seeing the next winners (other than the two already acknowledged winners Kiran & Geeti)...

True, even I agree with Anu & Mr. Pankaj. You both took so much pains to get things right. The credit goes to you people, no doubt, but I am all confused. Can I vote for two people... 😊 Please, that will make me vote ASAP.

Sorry, Radhika! I will call you back the moment I am free.
Guys, I would suggest selecting just one option to avoid any issues in the future. Although I do wish to give more than one vote... What do you say, guys?

Hi All CiteHR NCR Team!
Well, as far as voting is concerned, I feel that if we have two or more than two persons to be voted for, they may be voted for as per the order of their degree of contribution and efforts. For example:
1. Name of the 1st or Top Contributor
2. Name of the 2nd Contributor
3. Name of the 3rd Contributor
4. Name of the 4th Contributor, and so on...
I hope we may continue with this idea of voting! 😄
Please opine and respond!

Hello Team,
Yeh kya chal raha hai 😈 Well, I am very happy to see all new volunteers actively taking things forward and adding more charm to this activity. The idea of recognizing efforts and contribution of the members is great. Kudos to Mr. Dudeja, Anu, Radhika, Mr. Pankaj, Himani, and others for incorporating this idea; I really appreciate.
However, I am in consensus with Kiran that Kiran and I have been fairly, in fact, overly acknowledged for our contribution and now it's time to appreciate the new talent so that our team bonds together further.
Gang, the response is really awesome; keep the spirits high...waiting for August 😊
Till then, keep posting....
Cheers!! 😊

Geet,
That's so sweet of you and Kiran. I really appreciate that. But as agreed by most of us, you too will be counted as contributors. Great, guys! I have started receiving votes. Wow, the result is mind-blowing. Come on, guys, your vote can make a big difference.
Pankaj! Well, I think some of them have already given in their votes. But no doubt, those who would like to go the way Pankaj has suggested can do so. Although, as of now, I will count only the topmost vote.

Hi all CiteHR Members!
I have just now voted for the Best Volunteer by sending a PM to Ms. Anupama! 😄
Finally, I could make this tough choice (of course, in the order of merits of their contributions as volunteers, according to my opinion!)
Now, Anupama may please start calculating the results and also communicate here to all of us!!! 😊 ❓ ❗ 😊
Waiting for the results of this voting to come...
Wishing each and every member of CHR NCR Team all the best!

Hi all,
Just now I have messaged Anu for the best volunteer. Now let's see who bangs :D Mr. Pankaj, you have really made the voting easy for us as now we can vote for more than one at a time.
Geeti, I think that you are very busy with your work or you don't need more volunteers for the next meet, else you would have updated my name in the volunteer's list. But this is just letting the morale down of the new people who really wish to contribute in one way or another. Anyways, all the best to you for all the future activities of Cite HR.
Keep rocking, guys... :P

Hi All CiteHR NCR Team!
Thanks, Himani, for your kind appreciation of that idea of serial voting! :)
Well, Poonam, it hardly matters whether your name gets included in the Volunteers list or not. What matters most is the way you are enthusiastic about participating as a Volunteer, which means one who takes his/her initiative for participating or contributing in any Group Activity! :) So cheers as your attitude is positive about it! Do feel yourself as a part of the team and keep contributing in every possible way! :)
Looking forward to the results...

Hey Gang,
Sorry, I have been working like a donkey for the entire past week and have not been able to post that frequently.
Hey Poonam,
It's the first time one of your guesses has been incorrect. Not that you all won't be busy, but I am currently stuck with something major in my office. We definitely need more volunteers, especially like you, who can ignite passion in us time and time again. May I request you to please update your name in the volunteer list that's on this thread and inform all of us about the new members who wish to volunteer for the next meeting. Kudos to you and the other eager prospective volunteers for extending their support to us.
Cheers :)

With this query, you just reminded me of one thing...
Guys, may I know how we are proceeding for the next meeting? What tasks have been assigned to whom? I only see the list of volunteers, and it's unclear what they will be doing. Are we planning something in addition to the two presentations by our seniors? What will be the duration of the presentations? Will there be any interactive game sessions, etc.?

Guys,
If anyone's name is not included in the list, do not take it too seriously. Try to empathize with the other person. As Mr. Pankaj said, anyone can take initiative and come up with new suggestions and thoughts.
Please do remember that there is no captain or leader for this team of volunteers. Everyone is a volunteer and is just a volunteer... that's it and that's all. If someone is posting on the thread and active in organizing meets, it does not mean that he/she is concentrating on only this thing. Most of us are professionals here; we need to strike the balance between personal life and professional life, and organizing meets for knowledge sharing is a bit extra.
Guys,
What I want to convey is... If Geeti or anyone missed any name anywhere, please realize and understand that it is just a mistake, but not something that has been done intentionally.
Suppose I want to volunteer and my name is not added to the list, what I would do is... I would update the sheet with my name and start volunteering from then and there itself. Let us keep the spirit of volunteerism alive... Cheers :) :D
Also, this post of mine may seem a bit harsh as I read it, but I am honestly not saying anything harshly here. It just sounds that way.
The bottom line is we all are a team... to be a team, we all should be one & one & one... no hard feelings at all....
Yo.... Yo.... Yo
Anupama,
As we have decided, the next meet is scheduled for the 19th of August, '07. We still have one and a half more months to go for that. So, it is too early to assign responsibilities. Let us wait until the last week of July, and then we can proceed accordingly. Until then, we all should be on the same page. I think Mr. Dudeja is working out the venue... once we get confirmation on the venue, we can plan and work accordingly. Also, if you have any ideas, please suggest.
Yo... Yo... Yo..... Let us keep our spirits high and make it high.
Regards,
Kiran.

Hi Geeti & Kiran,
Stop being modest, guys. If you both have done something, you should get recognition for that. I'm feeling jealous as these things were not there to recognize our team's effort. 😈
Another favor I want from you is to email me the list of volunteers and I would suggest calling all the volunteers for another meeting where the roles and responsibilities can be decided. Mr. Dudeja has done half the work, the rest is upon all of you.
I didn't see my name on the volunteers' list but I'll still be bothering you all.
Cheers!! Archna

I agree with the opinion and the practical suggestions on how to further execute these activities coming from Ms. Archana Ma'am! That's a very methodical and effective approach, and I hope that this great team would agree with her!
Well Kiran, I also appreciate your honest expression about the things happening currently on this thread, but at the same time, I should say that if the Polling comes in your or Geeti's favor, you should gracefully accept it as a benchmark for others to keep the same enthusiasm up at all times and under all circumstances! :)

Superannuation and Superannuation Allowance
Well, superannuation means “the age of retirement”. This terminology is derived by another word “annuity”. Hence, superannuation is the last year of your earning and after which one retires from his profession.
Superannuation allowance is one of the retirement benefits, along with PF and Gratuity. This is a “forced saving” and payable at the time of retirement or at the time whenever you leave the company. Unlike, PF and Gratuity, most of times employers doest not contribute in this fund (Choice for employers but cannot be forced legally).
I hope, this has answered your concern.

Hey guys, good morning! 😄 How are you doing today? So, Anupama, you have got the counts going, huh? I'm so sorry I couldn't return your call as it got really late by the time I got home, so I was in a rush! Will call you sometime!
Guys, I'm glad to know that the list is still going on and counting! Volunteers are volunteers, and you've got to update your names, baba. The way you guys did it for the meeting where you updated your names yourself, please do the same thing here as well! If there needs to be a meeting done, which I too think there should be, discussing each one's/a group's responsibility, please keep it posted on the thread!
Good day, guys! 😄

Good morning to all!!!
Radhika! No issues. Even I have faced the same problem many times when Kiran used to call up 😉. Will wait for your call, dear 😄.
Well, the idea of meeting is great, but at the same time, I would like to suggest the following points:-
1. First of all, welcoming more and more volunteers is good, but we need to keep some kind of time management too. Let's fix a date by when the list of volunteers will be frozen. Thereafter, any new applications for volunteers should be kept for the next meeting only. And as suggested by many, please do not depend on anyone for their names to be added. I believe we all know how to add our names to the list. So guys, please do it yourself. It is Nirulas, not Sagar Ratna, so we all better do self-service 😛.
2. Second, we should prepare a list of the activities required for the coming meeting and should be rolled out on this thread.
3. Minimum number of volunteers should be allocated against each activity.
4. Volunteers should be given an option to choose the activity of their choice.
5. Fix a date around 10 days before the meeting to discuss what each volunteer or group of volunteers have planned for their activity.

Hi all CiteHR NCR Team!
Thanks to Sandeep and Sanjeev for raising the query on the difference between 'Superannuation' and 'Superannuation Allowance'. Well, I think Sanjeev's explanation of the same is sufficient as far as the concept of the two HR terms is concerned.
Thanks to Anupama also for this time landing with a really very pragmatic and well-structured plan to undertake the challenging task of handling the responsibility of volunteers for the forthcoming meeting! :) This time, I hope you shall at least be able to attend the meeting! :) Well, what happened to the results of the voting for the best volunteers...?
A special thanks to Kiran for taking the pain and initiative for talking in detail on the phone last night... so nice of you to be enthusiastic about every aspect of life! I shall revert back to you shortly and wish you a happy journey to your native place for the forthcoming trip! :) I hope you shall be back to the pavilion by next week! I think all of us in this CiteHR NCR Team will miss you in that period... so join us back soon! :)
So still waiting for the results of the poll...
Till then, keep posting and keep the enthusiasm high among all of us! :)

Hi all,
My suggestions are in blue, and the rest is what Anupama wrote in her mail:
"First of all, welcoming more and more volunteers is good, but we need to keep some kind of time management too. Let's fix up a date by when the list of volunteers will be frozen. Thereafter, any new applications for volunteers should be kept for the next meeting only."
But I thought the list of volunteers is already finalized, and it's just the roles that need to be decided. Kiran, Geeti, can you clarify this?
Second, we should prepare a list of the activities required for the upcoming meeting and should roll it out on this thread.
It's a good idea!
Minimum number of volunteers should be allocated to each activity.
Again, a good thought. Volunteers should be given an option to choose the activity of their choice. I do not completely agree on this, as if given a choice, there are chances that a large number will select a single activity. In the process of not selecting a few names, there are chances people might get hurt. Anyhow, if you all take my suggestion, face-to-face meeting is always better than fixing things online.
Fix a date around 10 days before the meeting to discuss what each volunteer or group of volunteers have planned for their activity.
Ten days is a short time to change things if required, especially when we are all working full time. My suggestion would be that all volunteers should meet at least three weeks before the formal meeting on August 19.

Well, let's all be more practical in terms of our approach towards all the activities for the planning and preparation of the forthcoming 19th August '07 meet. I would support and would like to request all of our winners (i.e. Volunteers) to take the valuable advice and suggestions of Ms. Archana Ma'am in its true spirit and start implementing according to the same! :)
Thank you, Archana Ma'am, for your kind guidance to this ever-enthusiastic team! :)

Dear Mam,
Actually, the list of volunteers is there, but there are many posts after that where some of them are not listed but would like to be volunteers. That is why I suggested freezing it with the final names. Otherwise, we will keep getting names every day but will not be able to finalize it.
Secondly, since we will be allocating the number of people for each activity, therefore it will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The volunteers have to submit their choice on the post itself, ensuring transparency for everyone to know who has already applied for that activity and if there are any vacant seats. I will keep adding names to the list against the activities as and when I receive updates.
I agree with all your points.
Rest, team's views.
Anu :)

TRUE....
YES, we volunteers should meet three weeks before August 19th. The tentative date I can suggest as of now is 29th July, '07 OR 5th August, '07. In that meeting, we can decide on the roles of volunteers or KRAs of volunteers or whatever you suggest.
The reason for Archana's view is... It appears as 10 days, but... in those 10 days... the number of days we can devote is 1 or 2, in which it is impossible to streamline the things, if required.
As far as the volunteers' list is concerned... it has been frozen, yet I can see certain people getting confused. So, I will post the updated Frozen Volunteers list by today evening.
So, volunteers... what do you say about a BRAINSTORMING SESSION of volunteers on 29TH JULY, '07 OR 5th AUGUST, '07???
Archana,
YES... we did not get this much recognition for the last meets. But, ALL THE RECOGNITION MYSELF AND GEETI GOT THROUGH THIS MEET IS JUST BECAUSE OF YOU & YOU & YOU. You are the SOURCE of INSPIRATION for me... truly :)
Also, even if your name is not there in the volunteer's list... I don't know whether you will bother us or not... but, I am here to keep bothering you and bothering you and so on... :)
P.S: Now Archana, can I expect a good treat from you for all the above said things  :D :)
Regards,
Kiran.

I totally agree with Anu & Pankaj. Geeti & your names should be included since this is the first volunteers' honor to be given. It would be unfair if your names are excluded.

Hey guys, D GANG! 😉
I was busy with work throughout the day, but now here I am again! Well, I guess everyone's suggestions are taken, but I think we all need to know who is ready for it around that time!
I would like to say that I'm really not sure if I will be able to make it around that time as I will be busy preparing my report for my summer training coming around the same time! So guys, enjoy your weekend.
Kiran and Geeti, who are off for home sweet home, enjoy yourselves.

Hi all,
Sorry for being absent from the thread for the last two days. I have been busy with an assignment.
Hey Kiran, congratulations! You deserve this recognition - your great effort has led to excellent results.
I also agree with the other members that we, as volunteers, should meet at least 10 days before the final meeting so that we can organize our activities effectively.
I usually go online at night after returning from work.

Hi Archana Mam,
Thanks for your support and motivation for all of us. Now, whatever has been decided is okay regarding the volunteers' meeting on 29th July or 5th August. But what about the agenda for our next meeting on 19th August? As a volunteer, what do we have to do, what are the responsibilities, how do we work on that, and many other things?
Thanks to everyone for posting their views on this thread.

Good morning, guys!
Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.
Now, the next thing on the agenda is to plan for gifts or awards. I suggest we form a small group of volunteers to decide on the gifts, awards, and funds for Kiran for this meet and future gatherings. What do you think, guys? We can have a maximum of 2-3 people to handle this task.

Hi Anu,
How are you? Well, yeah, I guess the weekend was great for all of us (it always is!).
I have a suggestion here... rather than giving out gifts of different types, can we have a similar gift (it can be anything!) and the person who has the maximum number of them by the end will get an award or something!
Well, it's just a suggestion, things can be decided over the meeting we'll have! And of course, by our treasurer Geeti... By the way, good morning Geeti, where are you? Please don't work so hard!
Regards,
Radhika
Oh, by the way, Anu, I need to speak to you regarding help for my project. Please let me know when I can call!

Hey Radhika!
Hmm, your idea is really good. I was thinking, why not have some kind of mementos with the CITEHR man's logo, with "the best volunteers - Delhi meet 2007" written on them? Something like this...
Hmmmm

Hey Anu, you know what, moh ki baat cheen li... lol :) I too was thinking the same. The best volunteer can keep on getting some, butches or whatever, and by the end of it, a memento to the one with the max number of butches!! But the deal with this is that it'll need money... so will have to see accordingly!!! Well, I'm sure all this can be looked into in the coming meet!!
Alright, will call you in the evening!!

Hello All,
Thanks to each and everyone who has voted for me.
Here, I would like to tell something to everyone. Well, all of you felt that I had contributed much to making this first meeting happen. But, the important person is GEETI. I somehow feel that she is the right person for this award. The reasons being... she is the one who actually took out time to go check the venue on Saturday, and she is the one who put lots of effort into drafting MoM and likewise made many contributions. Anyways, this is just the beginning.
Regarding GIFTS and STUFF, we can decide in our upcoming meetings. Not a big deal. Now, the next important step is to decide the DATE for our Volunteers' session, so as to PLAN for our upcoming event. If we can decide the date in the coming TWO or THREE days, we can give enough time to our volunteers to preplan things and be there in the MEET without canceling any of their plans or programs. So, the immediate step should be deciding the date for the next session... if it is going to be the 29th or the 5th.
I think I can work on the AGENDA for the upcoming session. Also, please make it clear to everyone that it is NOT AN OFFLINE MEET.
WHAT SAY... GUYS?
Also, thanks to everyone who wished me a Happy vacation. It has been three days full of joy and Awesome FOOD... YUMMY... My stomach is overloaded from the past three days :D.
Also, guys, don't think too much about deciding my GIFT. I am always here to initiate and help you guys ;) Actually, you can gift me a SCOTCH bottle or ABSOLUTE VODKA... I can adjust with either of the two ;) :D .
I somehow feel that I injected my YO language to all of you. So, why disappoint you guys... HERE WE GO...
YO... YO... YO...
WE ROCK and WE WILL KEEP ROCKING!!!
Regards,
Kiran.

Dear Radhika,
That was a thanksgiving speech, but it was incomplete. Allow me to complete it with this post:
Anupama, thank you for informing me that I was chosen as the one in the voting. It was very kind of you to organize this voting system. YOU ROCK!
Mr. Pankaj, thank you for taking the time to call me and wish me well.
Poonam, thank you for the SMS :) (No more requests for treats will be encouraged, except for those who have already applied like Archana & Mr. Pankaj).
Geeti, you congratulated me! However, my honest feeling is that you are the right fit for this; everyone here knows that.
Archana, you will indeed get a treat :) (No more applications will be encouraged for the treat, except for those who have already applied like Archana & Mr. Pankaj) 😉.
Sumit, Anchal, and Radhika, thank you for your wishes.
Prativa, I hope to go the same way 😊.
I hope I did not forget anyone.

Hello Gang,
I am back, and the first thing I did was to congratulate KIRAN :) Sorry for not posting here :( I wanted to wish him personally. Thanks, Anu, for initiating and handling the entire process. I will call you to check for other updates.
Well, we are in the process of searching for the venue for the 19th August meet, but somehow, on Sundays, almost all the places in and around CP are booked. I am looking forward to more options from all of you for the venue. Please post suggestions/options/leads for this particular major criteria for our next meet. We need to book something with a maximum 40-50 seating capacity.
Till then ... Keep posting.....
Cheers :) Geeti

First of all, I would like to congratulate Kiran. Anyways, you deserve it. I would also like to congratulate Geeti because it was you as well. I was waiting to get in touch with you all but got too busy with work.
It seems things are in progress regarding the next meet. Geeti, I'll get in touch with you today evening. I hope this meet turns out to be a rocking one. But for that, we all need to put in some efforts. Until today, I was not that involved, but now onwards, I will be able to put in efforts from my side too. :)

Thank you, Geeti, Kiran, and Pankaj, for appreciating my efforts.
Pankaj, I am aware of the badges, but I am talking about mementos with the CiteHR logo in a different manner. Let me see if I can draw and make it in a comprehensible way. Give me some time. Otherwise, you can suggest something too.
Pankaj, one more thing, going back to one of your emails where you have written, "Let's start to believe that no creative and positive efforts ever go to waste." Reading this line makes me feel that we should also appreciate the efforts of Geeti. Though I may be contradicting myself, as a special consideration, we should also recognize her efforts and energy. Without her, this would not have happened.
I already know that most of us will definitely agree on this point. What do you say, guys?

Hi Anu!!!!
I totally agree with you on this. Geeti should also be appreciated and rewarded for her efforts and contribution in the previous meeting and for the spirit with which she is still continuing. Without her, all this would not have been possible. As rightly said by Mr. Pankaj, "No creative and positive effort ever goes to waste." Surely, her efforts will not go to waste anyway, but recognition is a must to boost morale. What do you say, team?

I request all members of Chennai Citihr to join for a joint meeting at a particular location, preferably on a day convenient to all of us. Please let me know the date, venue, and time so that we can all come together, exchange our views.
I am also requesting Ms. Anu to provide some insights on how she managed the meeting regarding the venue, expenses, etc., to help us understand and plan accordingly.

Hi All Cite HRians...... :) Welcome Neeru to this wonderful platform of mutual sharing and learning.
Well Anu, I completely agree with your suggestion. Of course, we should give some gift or token of appreciation to Geeti as well, without whom we could not have interacted so well. And as far as the gifts are concerned, for that, only I tried to speak with you yesterday as I was unable to post my suggestion... but I guess you were busy. I think we can also give certificates to the best volunteer, and in the end, whoever has the maximum number of it, we can award that person with a trophy having the Cite HR logo on it.
This is only a suggestion from my side; let's see what others have to say on this... :?: :?: Or maybe we can decide this in the upcoming meet.
Till then, take care.

Hi Poonam!
Sorry, but I sent you a message that I will call you today, but I will still do so in the evening, so wait for my call.
Poonam, this is also a good suggestion. Let's see what others have to say.
So, I think most of us have agreed that we should appreciate the work of Geeti, and those who still haven't, I'm sure they too will go along with our noble idea.
So, Geeti, I really would like to do this for you. Three cheers to Geeti.

Hi Poonam!
It was really nice talking to you. Communication has made this world so small... hmmmmm...
Pankaj, better late than never, so I would like to thank you also for that wonderful discussion on Sahaja Yoga last week. I hope to do something in that field soon.

Oh Boy!!! 😱
This is what happens when you are away from the CHR NCR Family; they miss you so much that almost all of them have your name in their posts. 😊
Thanks to all of you for taking this step of recognizing my efforts. Although, let me explain, all my contribution is, and I guess will remain, for the love that I have for HR and CITE HR. Now, if all of you, as in Dear Anu, Himani, Poonam, Monika, Radhika, Pankaj Ji, and all of you guys have already rewarded me and believe I have put on more weight with all that appreciation and concern extended by you all (looking at me, all of you would agree I really can't afford to put on more weight 😄). This, in itself, is enough of a dose of motivation. However, I will let you know that I love chocolates and flowers a lot, so the decision is all yours 😉.
Hi Neeru,
A very warm welcome to the Gang, and as the rest of the family members have already extended that hand to you, please hold the same and walk along with us. The details of the meets will be updated here on this thread regularly, so keep in touch.
Sorry Anu,
Could not call you as I have been busy with personal and then professional responsibilities. One of my best friends is expecting a baby, and tomorrow we have a big-time celebration for her. I am busy with that as I am the only Masi the baby is going to have 😊. I am eagerly waiting for the D Day to come.
Well Gang,
Till then, keep posting, and I am still looking forward to some more options from all of you for the venue for the upcoming meet...
Cheers! 😊

Hey Geeti,
No issues. Well, I can make it from your post that you are desperate to become masi. Everything will be well. Try out some places in Noida this time. You can go to Moti Mahal, McDonald's, Sagar Ratna, Kebab Factory, Superstar. We can go for dance after discussion 😉 Pearl Regency in Sector 29 is another good option. There are many options here. Well, I am not aware of the seating capacity in some cases.
What do you guys say?

Hi all,
Anu, I wanted to talk to you yesterday about the mementos, but I couldn't get through to your number. Please, let's plan for a venue in Delhi only because for us, people coming from Gurgaon, it will be difficult to travel. Not only is it far, but some of us don't have our own vehicles.
Geeti and Kiran, now it's hard to decide what to give you as a token of appreciation. Geeti likes chocolates and flowers, while Kiran likes something else. Let's settle on something in between, like rum and raisin cake with flowers, a little bit of everything... Alright, that was just a joke; we will keep your preferences in mind.
Regards,
Himani

Hi Geeti,
Good to know that by getting appreciation you are putting on. I understand through your write-ups that you have the stamina to manage all rewards and appreciations too. You love chocolates, but too much is harmful... okay. Although it's not right to stop you, it is a general suggestion. Don't take it otherwise.
I would like to know who is who in the photos. You have made so much effort to upload the MOM and photographs. Was it not possible at that time to mention individuals' names under their photos as well? So people who are sitting far away like me and only have access on sitehr can view each individual. Whenever we would interact with a person, we could understand that she is Geeti, Kiran, Anu, or someone else.
Anyway, you people have done a lot. At this time, I should not raise any wishes. All the best.

Hi All CiteHR NCR Team!
Thanks, Neeru, for your prompt acknowledgment and active participation in this thread! Keep it up, and you would enjoy more. :)
Well, Anupama, I would also support Himani's suggestion to keep the meeting place somewhere easily accessible from Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, etc.
Keep the same pace going for Team HR of NCR! :D
All the best to all team members!!! :)

Hi Neeru!
That's good. I used to like you a few months back, but now I have gotten addicted to this thread particularly. :D :D :D
Guys, I have just done something. Just see and let me know your views. Since I missed out on the last meet, those who attended can help me know whether it is useful or not.
