Dear Lakshmi,
In CTC, you can include all amounts that are visible in the salary slip + employer contributions (PF/ESI, if applicable) + bonus/ex-gratia + any monetary benefits given to employees by the company. This is called CTC, which means Cost to Company. In this, you have to include all those monetary benefits given by the company as compensation.

I have a doubt as to whether non monatory benefits are also included in CTC like- Hospital facility, canteen facility, housing facility. Please give ur opinion on this.

Dear Lakshmi,
As a general practice, companies do not include in-kind facilities when defining CTC. CTC normally includes monetary payments to employees. In general, CTC may be defined as the sum of all allowances (by whatever name you call them), reimbursement of actual expenses, annual bonus, and retirement benefits.
Thank you.
