Hope you are all doing great. I am Prasad, working as an HR Assistant for the past year for a UK consulting company. I have seen that some people have enclosed a sample payslip. Could anyone show me that in terms of percentages? I would be grateful if you could send it to me in a spreadsheet.

I have a salary slip format, but I don't know the correct percentage on how to calculate components such as basic pay, DA, TA, or other allowances and deductions. Also, we don't deduct any tax or provide any benefits as we have fewer than 13 employees. Could any senior member help me generate a salary for my employees?
