Dear Rakesh,
My presentation is mainly for construction industries and not for factories. I will cover factories in due course. For obtaining the Labour Licence, WC Policy is not required at all. You have to attach only:
- Covering Letter
- Form IV (CLA)
- Form V
- Letter of Indent from Principal employer
- Form II or Form I (copy)
- Licence fee challan
- Security Deposit Challan
- And complete the regular formalities.
That's all that is required.
With warm regards,

Dear Bhaskar,
Good efforts. A few observations:
Under CLA (R&A) Act, Registration & Licence: It would be easier for new members if the Responsibility & Authority (by whom and to whom) is added.
Under Registers & Records, is there a requirement for a Leave Register/Leave Book?
P.F: Is coverage beyond 6500 basic optional?
If you could add a few more slides to cover the rest of the Acts, it will turn it into a complete presentation. Please try.
Thanks,
Gopal

Dear Mr. Gopal,
Under the Contract Labour Act, a leave register is not required. Normally, we provide leave pay upon leaving the service, calculated as 1 day's pay for each completed 20 working days. Therefore, a leave register is not necessary to be maintained.
Provident Fund (PF) is mandatory for any amount of basic salary. The only difference is that for the employer's contribution, instead of 8.33% towards the Pension Fund, we need to deduct only Rs. 541, and the remaining 12% should be reflected as the employer's PF contribution.
All of this will be corrected in my next editing session. Thank you for your advice.

Dear Mr. Gopal,
Now I have provided the ready-made format with formulas for the Muster roll, Wages, and OT registers that can be used for the Contract Labour Act and Minimum Wages Act as well. In that, we need to input the personal details, attendance, and OT hours worked.
You can review and share your expert comments, which will help me further improve, sir. Thank you for your valuable comments and advice, Sir.
