How Can I Encourage Employees to Save Energy and Keep the Office Clean?

Hi, I want to send an email to employees regarding the importance of taking care of electricity and maintaining cleanliness in the office. I have noticed that some staff members forget to switch off the AC and lights before leaving the office. Please help. Thank you.
