Rather than seek finished projects, please frame objectives by conducting some literature survey (to find out what others have done, how, and why that way) and then consult with your mentor at the organization and then decide. Thank you for your valuable suggestion. Although I am working at Ultratech Cements in Bangalore, it is the plant that receives cement in powder form from different plants, and it will only undergo packaging in Bangalore.
I am a little confused about which method to use for Inventory Management. Some people have suggested using the ABC Analysis, but as there is only one quality, we cannot differentiate based on that. Can you please recommend a topic on the same and provide a TITLE for my project as well?
