Most users of a quality assessment use the assessment to help select the best person to hire from the list of top job finalists, usually the top 3 to 6.
Click on " Profiles International <link updated to site home> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google ) " and then click on "selection" in the paragraph immediately below the last item in the list of employee assessment tools (• Organization 360 degree analysis) then choose from the various links on the left side of the screen. You may like to start with the first item the list "Talent Management."
