Hi everyone,
Jyothi here. I got to know about this site today while going through Google. It seems to be exciting. I am a recruitment consultant presently handling non-IT. I am looking for HR generalists and Executive recruitment for the Analytics division. Also, I am looking for an AM recruitment with experience in analytics recruitment.
Thanks and regards,
Jyothi

Hi Jyothi!
I'll let you know whenever I find good job opportunities (in a couple of days). Can you please let me know the reason why you are looking to move out from recruitment? I believe you would be paid more in recruitment than in generalist HR. I have been in administrative HR for the past 6 months. I have a wide scope to transition into generalist HR as well as other specializations like payroll, compensation, etc. However, I am being paid less. I have learned through friends and colleagues that generalist HR professionals are paid less compared to those in IT Recruitment. That's why I am considering a shift towards recruitment.
Please share your insights on recruitment based on your experience. What do you suggest for me, and could you provide your comments?
