Dear Anupam,
You can prepare the Bonus Register (Form C) in the system, but in Form C, you have to obtain the signature of the concerned employees during the payment of the Bonus. You can scan and save the Bonus Register after obtaining the signature of the employees after effecting payment. However, you must maintain the Bonus Register only in hard copy duly signed by the concerned workmen.

No. You can have soft copy for your internal references but labor officer will accept/verify only hard copy of the bonus register. thanks Kamal Prasoon Sinha 12 Dec 2010
