Try converting your thinking to English so that you don't have to struggle while framing sentences. This would help you avoid translation, which can be intimidating. Try to speak to yourself mentally in English about anything you do in daily life. For example, if you are preparing a cup of tea for yourself, try talking to yourself like: "I am preparing tea for myself. I have taken a pan and put some water in it. Now, I have switched on the stove," and so on. You can do this with almost everything you do in your daily life. This practice would be beneficial.

You can also do a mirror exercise - take any topic and speak about it in English in front of the mirror. Start with easy topics like "My family," "India," etc. Then, move on to more challenging topics. This exercise will increase your confidence and help you shape your thoughts effectively.

Dear friend,

The human mind is like a dustbin and can only be filled in two ways: through your eyes and ears.

If you wish to learn the English language, you must fill your mind with English. To achieve this, you can utilize the two methods mentioned above.

The first method, "Eyes": You should read English storybooks or newspapers, whatever interests you. Remember, the material you read should be engaging for you. Enjoy what you read. While reading, you may encounter unfamiliar words. Instead of immediately reaching for a dictionary, try to comprehend the meaning of these unfamiliar words without external assistance. Over time, your mind will become sharper, and you will naturally understand new words without external aid.

The second method, "Ears": Listen attentively to individuals who are proficient in English. When you come across a new phrase, retain it in your memory. Additionally, watch English movies and news programs.

By consistently filling your mind using the above methods, one day, your knowledge will overflow, and English will flow effortlessly from your mouth.

Dear friend, mastering English is not an overnight task; it may take 2-3 years. To succeed, you must develop a love for the English language, and your curiosity to learn should remain steadfast until you achieve fluency.

Practice daily, and you will notice progress.

Best of luck.

First Trick: Don't bother about grammar initially. Speak Raw English.
Second Trick: Stress important words in every sentence. For example, in the sentence "CiteHR is the best HR portal in the world," stress the words CiteHR and The Best.
Third: Use accent and style to hide grammar mistakes.
Fourth: Give presentations in front of the mirror.
Fifth: First learn how to ask questions including all Do, W, and H questions, so that you can effectively finish half the conversation.
Sixth: Use phrases like "you know," "you see," "like," and "hmmm" initially if you want.

First of all, try to speak in English as much as possible. While speaking, consider English as a tool for expressing your thoughts rather than a skill. It will help you overcome hesitation, fear, and give you fluency.

Secondly, emphasize on vocabulary. Read newspapers/dictionary and watch English movies.

Third, learn basic grammar and avoid silly mistakes (like saying "I wants to be good in English").
