3. What are your strengths? Which areas do you need to improve in?
4. How do you rate your written communication skills?
5. How do you rate your interpersonal skills? Have you been in a supervisory role before? If yes, how many staff have you supervised? What team-building skills have you utilized?
6. What do you know about Performance Management?
7. Give us some good reasons why we should hire you.
8. What are your training and development expectations?
9. What is your salary expectation?
