Can anyone clarify that if the wages of an employed person exceed Rs. 10,000, the wage ceiling for applicability of the PW Act, then what is the position regarding the deductions authorized under Section 7. In such a case, what is the legal position regarding the deductions and whether deductions not authorized under Section 7 can be made.
