Dear All,

As per the Apprenticeship Act, we can take apprentice trainees from 2.5% to 15% maximum in our industries. Apart from this, one scheme of student trainee (e.g., flexi MOU scheme - D Voc, B Voc) is also provided by TPA. Are these studentship schemes legally valid for use in industries? If so, what maximum numbers are allowed, and under which act are they regulated? Is it allowed apart from the 15% apprentice of the total manpower strength?

Can anyone confirm the legality of the above?
