I'm working in an IT company and I need to present a designation hierarchy for my company. I am confused about the designation hierarchy. How does it go and what is the annual salary increment system or annual grading system?

Yes, I understand that these aspects are much more important in Human Resources too. What I have done is that I'm trying to jot down the designations and their levels, and I need someone to help :)
