It depends on the grading system as well as the company's policy. Normally, if he/she moves to a higher grade, then the particular pay matrix would apply. Assigning a large responsibility means promotion, then obviously there should be a pay rise.

Dear All,
I'm currently working here in KSA as an Accountant, and I have been working here for more than 4 years. My current job responsibilities include accounts, administration, and IT support, which involve supervisory tasks. I would like to write a professional letter to my Manager to request a change in my designation to act as Supervisor - Accounts & Admin and also to increase my salary according to my role, which is currently unpaid as per GCC countries. Could anyone please provide me with a letter format?
Thank you very much in advance, and I look forward to your quick response to my request.
Regards,
Khalid
