hi,
I think this is Kidish question, Beacuse being a part of HR Dep. You have to screen the candiate. I mean you (Employer or Interviwer) have to judge him in term of qualification, behaviour, communication & Education.
For for this you have to make the candiate little comfortable it will help him or her to dicuss the things with u in a very frank manner.
Question shulod be like this, which make us clear abt the candiate. they are:-
1. Ask Candiate about his or helf which will cover candiate family back ground, his choice, communication and you can also read his mind set.
2. Then ask abt his education profile, KRA of preasent company or what he/she like most in his daily task etc
3. then after 15- 20 min, if you found him as per ur desire profile then u can negotiate for the salary part.
hope it will help you out.
Still any querry feel free to dicuss.
Thanks
Rajni
