The PPT is nice and useful. However, I suggest that it needs to be expanded more in line with present-day situations. Role-playing is very important and a fundamental task in Human Resource Management. The managerial capabilities in HRM strongly depend on the role played by the managerial cadre in HR. An institution's prospects and expansion are definitely supported by the role played by the concerned individuals, professionals, and skilled workers.
