I am a MCM postgraduate currently handling campus recruitment coordination and an IR profile for one of the premier Management Business Schools. I am interested in an HR Executive Profile. I have good knowledge of conducting campus recruitment as I have been a Placement Officer for the last three years. My knowledge can be helpful for:
1) Contacting colleges as I have very good contacts in all B-Schools and Management Institutes.
2) Having a deep understanding of what students expect from a company and what the company looks for in a candidate.
3) Being able to travel all over India for recruitment.
