For this purpose, I need to analyze the mentoring models followed by other companies and any processes or documentation regarding the same.

I am supposed to do the same thing. I started with my interns this Monday, and I also need to study the mentoring process in at least 5 companies. Once the benchmarking is done, I will have to prepare a mentoring plan that can be implemented in my organization. I guess we could help each other out. What do you say?

I am doing my MSW in HR, final year. As part of the curriculum, I must conduct research related to HR. I have planned to do a comparative study on mentoring and reverse mentoring among HR executives.
I need some valuable information for my study, as follows:
- Contribute information, any dissertations on the topic that would help me with my review and framing objectives.
- I need to know the organizations' names that follow reverse mentoring and mentoring to collect data for my study.

You have chosen quite a difficult subject for your research. Not many well-established companies have a formal mentoring program in place, let alone reverse mentoring. If a mentoring program is in place, it is more for showcase purposes, and no monitoring mechanisms are in place. In many companies, HR does not even know what mentoring is all about.
A shortcut to mentoring is a buddy-buddy program. However, for this program, monitoring or appraising mechanisms are also missing. Against this backdrop, having reverse mentoring is a far cry.
