When it comes to any field, please ensure you have adequate knowledge about HR. Each time there is an escalation, handle it while keeping in mind that the organization is bigger than anyone in it. Make sure that if you have made a commitment to close a requested process, you do it on time. Run your HR processes efficiently with low escalation and high customer orientation. Remember, the employee is your internal customer. Maintain a third-party neutral view. In every situation, identify the triggers, influencers, and followers. Lastly, but not least, enhance your credibility by adding knowledge and value to your environment.
