The best way to go about designing an induction manual is to first study the existing one in the organization. Generally, an induction manual will have information about the company such as when it was founded, its history, mission statement, vision, objectives, products, etc. Some companies may be more specific and want an induction manual for specific jobs, for example, sales. In that case, you have to include the job description and other details about the particular job.

I think the induction Manuel first should include facts about the inception of the company. And then the company vision, mission, objectives should be outlined. Then the organization's business functions and mile stones should be reflected.
It is important to let the new recruit know that he/she has made a wise decision in selecting your organization. You have to interpret how your organization will help each individual grow which in return will help the company grow. The induction manual should contain material which will let the new recruits know that they are valuable to the company.

When you have to create an induction program for any organization, it is important that it reflects the culture of your organization. The culture can be reflected through key people, so you need to arrange a platform where all of them talk about the milestones, vision, mission, etc.
The program should also introduce you to your fellow members and your seniors.

The contents of the Induction Manual can vary from company to company. I'll just give you a brief idea of what can be included:
- Welcome Note.
- Table of Contents.
- A diagrammatic representation of the branch (showcasing the heads of the different departments).
- One page dedicated to the various functions of HR, Infrastructure development, library, Finance, Admin, etc. (all these teams), so that they have a clear idea of whom to approach for specific purposes.
- Following that, a few pages with screenshots of the portal we use here for all purposes, such as updating employee details, bank details, PF/Gratuity/Superannuation nominations, leaves, travel requests, etc.
- Lastly, the detailed schedule of the Induction program.
I hope this will at least give you some idea.
