Dear All,
We are planning for a "Monsoon Picnic" in and around Mumbai for our staff. Can you please suggest picnic spots where we can visit? If you know some spots where we can also have team-building exercises, that would be great. The picnic can be for 1 or 2 days.
Staff strength is around 45 employees, with an age range of 20-50 years, and 40% female staff.
Thanks.

Hello Dipal,
I strongly advise that you go to Empower Activity Camp at Kolad (130 km off Mumbai on Mumbai-Goa highway). They have good facilities and trainers. Please check their link www.empowercamp.com.
They offer team-building activities like Treasure Hunt, River Crossing, Rappelling, River Rafting. I have taken my team, and it was a wonderful experience. I have suggested it to a few of my friends, and they have come back with praise for the suggestion.
Another one in Kolad is Zbac Adventure Camp, which offers similar training and facilities. Do give me your feedback if you go there.

Hi,
Murud Janjira is a good option and economical if you want to enjoy the beach and food. You can also go to Yeoor, which is in Thane; it's not very far. You can enjoy the forest, river, and it's more economical. Good for a 1-2 day outing.

Hi Dipal,
Last week, we went to Kolad for Kundalika rafting and sightseeing of Tamhini Ghat, and all of our employees enjoyed it immensely. I believe it will be a great option in Kolad. You can try Hans Resort or Puja Farm; both are fantastic places. I personally had a great experience there.
