I am an HR professional at a company located in Mumbai, and this is the first time I will be organizing a one-day picnic for my colleagues. We want it to be adventurous, so we are excluding water parks as an option. Since there are no transport issues, we are open to going outside of Mumbai as well. We aim to spend more time together at the destination and less time on traveling. Could you please suggest some places and events for this purpose?
Our team is small, and the number of female colleagues is very low. We received a fantastic response when we celebrated Diwali at work. As the sole HR person, I want this outing to be memorable as well. It will be the first time everyone will be going out together as a team.
