Hello Seniors,

I work in a small BPO company. I have just now streamlined a couple of things here like salary on time and offer letters, etc.

At the same time, I would like to motivate them in different ways, like either taking them for movies (fortnight) or lunch out. Can you suggest a few more things that can be done inside the office itself?

Hi Ramya,

To motivate your employees, you could start with awards like Most Punctual Awards, Most Clean Table Awards, Role Model Employee, etc. Additionally, you can begin celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

Hi Ramya,

You can also conduct indoor and outdoor games or cultural events once a week. Additionally, you can provide training sessions and recognize employees with rewards. Each individual should be recognized and rewarded accordingly.

Hi Ramya, good morning. How are you? This is Rajesh from Hyderabad. Employee motivation is a very important issue. If any employee does good work, try to appreciate him/her and give them some awards (whether monetary or non-monetary). Offer dinner with employers and always boost them. Conduct small competitions and cultural events, and create a friendly atmosphere in the organization.

Hi,

Another important consideration in BPOs is retention. You can have small cake-cutting celebrations after a batch completes six months, and either a monetary reward or a party after successful completion of a year.

All the best.
