Are you sure that the state of Kerala has legislation titled "Kerala Labour Act"? There are different labor enactments by the Kerala State such as the Kerala Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, the Kerala Shops and Commercial Establishments Workers Welfare Fund Act, the Kerala Industrial Establishments (National and Festival Holidays) Act, the Kerala Headload Workers Welfare Fund Act, the Kerala Construction Workers Welfare Fund Act, etc. However, I have not seen any Kerala Labour Act. If available, dear members, please help to share.
