Dear Seniors,
First of all, thank you very much for the reply to my previous query. Now, I seek your precious advice once again.
The company where I work has a rule which I have never heard of in my life. Initially, they provide a contract paper to new employees for 4 years with a 6-month probation period. After 6 months, depending on their performance, they receive a confirmation letter only for PF. But what happens after 4 years? I asked my senior, but they also do not know. I have been working here for a year now, and most employees have not received any kind of letter for 2 or 3 years. I started issuing them after inquiring about each employee's joining date. However, I am still confused about the type of letter to issue after 4 years. My seniors are not cooperating with me; when I ask, they never provide the right answer. Please advise me.

Do one thing, sit and do your work sincerely. Whatever you do, you should must know that work, and don't tell how you did that work. Only provide the final report to your subordinates. So, in this way, your work is handicapped without you. If you take a day off, you will receive many calls asking for the file and the status of the work, etc. At that time, you maintain your position and then ask your subordinates about the issue of the letter regarding your query after 4 years.
