Experience Summary:I am an ex Army Officer, a self-starter who made impacts on all aspects of HR Management (Manpower planning, Sourcing / Recruitment, Induction, Training, Career Development, Performance Appraisal, Policy formulation, Employee - Relations & Compensation / Benefits), I initiated and strategized Management Skills, Organizational Development, Culture, Relationships and Change Management. I taught young MBA students at the Business School of IIT Roorkee, worked in cross-cultural and multi - location environment.

Whether you are curious to know how a defense personnel could be different from a civilian with 20+ years of experience at his hand, I think he would be more humane, practical, strong, and firm in his actions, which will be well-justified and within the framework of his organization's rules. The highest level of integrity, loyalty, service before self, teamwork, leadership, delivery, dedication, and a sense of belonging... these are built-in traits you could trace in any retired personnel.
