Hi, if you are looking to register in Rajasthan state under the Shop and Establishment Act, forms 1, 7, 13, and 15 are required along with proof of address ID and owner(s) details. You have to submit all the documents to the labor department.

Can anyone help me out whether the airline office comes under the Shop and Establishment Act? Is it applicable to the service industry? If yes, do we need to follow the Bombay Shop and Establishment Act as we have our office in Ahmedabad?
