Need Guidance on induction Programme

I am about to make an induction programme for the new employees in my company.
I don't know what should, I include in this induction programme since our company is small.

* Corporate memberships.
* Roles and Responsibilities of new joinee
* Future Growth
* Other benefits for being a part of firm

I suggest induction training to have :-
a) A brief introduction of Comp i.e.values , ethics , area of business etc
b) if for managerial position ,A small discussion with various dept heads
c) HR Policies
d) A overview with Plant Head or Org Head

Any induction training module to new employee consists following areas :
1. About organisation - cover vision, mission, history, rules & regulations, culture, policy, etc., - Role of HR
2. Brief introduction on functions & role of various dept. in organisation and the team member - Head of respective departments
3. Detailed introduction on role & responsibility, Function of the department for which he/she recruited - Department Head
